Returns for exchange only will be taken up to 30 days after receipt of package. We will only take returns of unused and unworn bags.

Local Heauxs (Connecticut based)
For customers located in Connecticut and would like to pick up their bags, please use the code "localheaux" for free pick up.
Customers are responsible for leaving a note in check out with their location. Please be advised that most pick ups will happen in New Haven or Hartford, CT unless arranged with us.
